A causa del limitato numero numero di posti nella sala conferenze, è necessario limitare a 80 il numero dei partecipanti. Per questo motivo raccomandiamo di registrarsi al convegno e di prenotare la stanza nell'hotel il più presto possibile (esclusi relatori e comitato scientifico). In calce trovate la modalità di prenotazione della stanza.

Prenotazione

Il costo, con pensione completa, è 117 euro per la camera singola e 165 euro per la camera doppia. Per prenotare la stanza mandate un email a meeting.tankavillage@atahotels.it con i dati che seguono.

  1. Nome e data del convegno a cui si intende partecipare: "New Trends in Differential Geometry", settembre 2014.
  2. Vostro nome e cognome.
  3. Data di arrivo e di partenza.
  4. Precisare se ci sono accompagnatori. In caso ci fossero bambini, specificarne l'età.

Per prenotare la stanza è necessario pagare un anticipo del 30% sul costo totale. Dopo aver mandato l'email riceverete istruzioni su come pagare questo anticipo.

La scadenza per la registrazione al convegno e per la prenotazione della stanza è l'1 agosto 2014.

Unfortunately, we have to limit the number of participants to a maximum of 80 (the number of seats in the lecture room). Therefore, we strongly recommend participants to register to the Workshop and to book their rooms as soon as possible, on a "first come, first served" basis (Speakers and Scientific Committee excluded). See below for details on booking.

Location

The Workshop will take place in Villasimius, a small beautiful town close to Cagliari, in the Tanka Village.

How to reach Villasimius (Italian language).

Booking

Price, full board in the village, is 117 euros for a single room and 165 euros for a double room. Booking can be done by sending an email to: meeting.tankavillage@atahotels.it with the following information.

  1. Specify that you are a participant in the Workshop "New Trends in Differential Geometry", September 2014.
  2. Write your first and last name.
  3. Write your arrival and departure dates.
  4. Inform the hotel about accompanying persons (if any). If coming with kids indicate age.

You are supposed to pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost of room and board. After sending the email you will receive instructions from the hotel on how to pay it.

The deadline for registration and for booking the room is August 1, 2014.
